It’s that time of year again - THE NORDSTROM SALE and everyone is talking about it. If you’re shopping the sale, throw on your favorite pair of pj's and let’s get scrolling. I rounded up my favorite finds and am sharing them all with you here. I know sometimes Nordstrom can be pricey so even the deals don’t seem worth it, but that’s what I’m here for. We’ll break it all down together and I’ll let you decide if you want to #addtocart or not.
Now let me preface this before you keep scrolling – you don’t need any of this. More than half of the things on my Nordstrom Wish List are just wants and I only end up buying a few things, but a girl can dream right? Speaking of “Wish List”, if you have the Nordstrom app, you can create your own Wish List as you are browsing. This is perfect if you’re not ready to #addtocart yet, or if it’s not your time to shop yet since Nordstrom does things a little funky. Your ability to shop is based on your card holder status. However, everyone can shop the sale starting July 28th. I personally don’t like that Nordstrom does this, but I still shop the sale because there are some smokin’ deals on some fun fall pieces and some other things as well that you just can’t pass up.
I will also be shopping the sale in person and sharing "What I Brought Home" with you here. I'll be updating it as I shop. I wanted to get this out as soon as I could though for those of you who have early access to the sale. I know a lot of things are already sold out, but last year Nordstom did a good job of restocking some of my favorites so I’m hoping they’ll do the same this year. Since not everyone can shop at the same time, I think they don't put their full stock online and restock a few things once everyone has access to the sale. Another thing to note is Nordstrom has free returns and shipping which is awesome. If something doesn't fit or you just aren't a fan, you can easily return it! Now let’s get cozy and #addtocart
What I Brought Home from the NSALE
Madewell Sweater: Love this color (Golden Harvest) and also came in a few others, but there's only one color in stock online right now (Donegal Storm) so check your local Nordstrom or wait for a restock if you want to grab this color! This sweater is so soft and cozy. You will find me in it all the time next season!

Suede Skirt: Love this suede skirt for Fall! It's such a trendy piece and can be worn so many ways. This is one of those things I always pass by and am like "Oh yeah that's really cute", but never actually buy it and then I find myself thinking "I really wish I had that skirt right now." I do it season after season and now is the time to buy it since it's on sale. Picture it paired with the graphic tee, a tank and cardigan, maybe just a white tee, or even a cute chunky sweater. The skirt itself can dress up any piece.

Billabong Graphic Tee: I chose this tee because of the price, the oversize fit, love the look, and it’s really soft. I needed a good classic tee and this can be worn so many ways. I styled it with the Brendan Flannel and jeans when I was trying it on. Imagine it for a concert paired with a leather jacket, suede skirt & boots. Bring on concert season!

Steve Madden: These are so cute and super comfortable. I think the belt gives any outfit that extra zoosh. I had my eyes on them last year and I didn't grab a pair and totally regretted it later. They have them in so many colors/patterns

NSALE Top Picks While Browsing the Web
I tried to find affordable staple pieces that either I like or am on the hunt for, or already have and love. I also tried to find a variety of pieces and not pick out multiples of the same thing. For instance, I chose my favorite graphic tee, my favorite bootie, my favorite fall sweater, etc. I’m hoping to go shopping in store as well to try these on before purchasing to give you guys more of a lowdown and maybe I’ll find a few other hidden gems as well.
Leopard PJ’s: I'm pretty sure I have these same pjs in light grey and love them. They are so comfy, soft and great quality. I switch out between them and my Victoria Secret pjs all the time (depending on which one is clean) and they have lasted probably 2 years now, but I can definitely use another pair. I saw the cute print on these and fell in love. Definitely a must have if you're an avid pj wearer.

Barefoot Dreams Blanket: Rumor has it these are the softest, coziest and cutest blankets. Everyone raves about them. I have yet to get my hands one, but I have been eyeing this one for a while.

Is it worth it? I don’t think so because I have seen these go on major sale at The Styled Collection. If you’re willing to spend the price, then totally worth it, but I’ve seen them on sale for less than $100.
Chloe Perfume: *Brought this home* I chose this specifically because I want the Nomade by Chloe perfume for our wedding and this comes with both the Chloe Eau de Parfum and the Chloe Nomade Eau de Parfum in travel size. They also have full sets of each of the perfumes with 1 full size, one travel size, and a body lotion, which is an insane deal.

Is it worth it? I'd say the set of 2 travel sizes are not worth it, but the full set is definitely a deal. You can get everything in the set for less than the price of one 2.5 oz fragrance, so even if you want just one, it's still cheaper to snag the full set.
Initial Necklace: I have this necklace from a boutique and love it. I wear it all the time - with loungewear and dressy outfits.

Is it worth it? It depends - Mine was over $50 so I feel like this is a good deal, but there is also one on Amazon with great reviews and only $12 so it just depends on you.

Madewell Jeans: If you watch my stories, you know these are the style of jeans I was looking for when I bought those wide leg jeans from Target. These are SO CUTE and are so in right now. The best thing about these jeans is you can dress them up or down. They are Madewell so you know they are good quality and comfy. If you are looking for a high rise straight leg jean that isn’t distressed at the bottom, grab these!

Is it worth it? I tried these on and wasn't impressed. They are almost 50% off which is a great deal for Madewell, but I went from being obsessed to non longer wanting to #addingtocart
Good American Jeans with Raw Hem: Actually wasn't a huge fan of these, especially for the price. Not sure if it was cause the weren't my size but I didn't think they were flattering

Is it worth it? I didn't like them for the price, so I'm gonna say no but they look better on you!
Black Dress: This dress just grabbed me. I’ll have to try it on to give you my final review, but it is a true statement piece. The faux leather with those ruffle sleeves and button detail is everything. You will stand out wherever you wear this dress. If it fits me well, I need it in my closet. It also comes in a pretty cognac/rust color.

Is it worth it? I want to say it’s worth it because it truly is a statement piece and I would pay $100 for this dress, but I don’t want to give an official answer until I try this dress on so TBD
Suede Bootie: The bootie you will be wearing all season (Fall/winter) long. I had my eye on a similar pair last year and regretted not getting them. Between the 3 booties included in the sale, this is definitely the best one because it has the block heel and pretty pointed toe. Also love the suede and tan color. Everyone needs a good tan bootie (I actually don't own a pair so this is an easy buy for me).

Free People Sweater: This sweater is a best seller and always sells out so quick. I love that it can be worn as a sweater but also as tunic/dress. Just grab a pair of boots and your good to go. Such a great a Fall staple piece.

Free People Henley: I have this Henley and love it for both summer and winter because it's so versatile. It's so lightweight so I can wear it in summer with biker shorts, or in the winter with leggings. You can also dress it up with some cute jeans! Love the waffle knit pattern and it's also longer in the back too. Oversized fit so don't size up.
Sizing: Small, fits oversized but still get true size

Is it worth it? This price still stings a little because it does feel like a bummy shirt, but since it is so versatile and has great quality, I think it's worth it
Spanx Leggings: These faux leather leggings are amazing and totally worth the price. I wear them all the time during fall/winter and you can wear them so many different ways. The best thing about them is you can dress them up because they have a pretty shine to them, but since they are leggings, you feel so comfy. They also come in petite which is awesome because then you don't have to deal with the awkward extra fabric at the bottom if you're short.
Sizing: Runs TTS (the reviews say to size up but I got my true leggings size and they fit fine) If you are short however, make sure to get the petite. I am 5'6 and regret not getting the petite because they do shrug a bit at the bottom due to extra fabric. It's not too much but the petite would have been perfect for me.
Pricing: Sale $64.90, After Sale $98
Is it worth it? Totally worth it, I don't think I've ever seen them at a much lower price than this. Some boutique's sell dupes to these but there is nothing that beats the quality and look of these.
Leopard Dress: So cute for fall. The ruffle detail is a fun and flirty. This dress will be so cute to wear out with the girls, to a winery, date night, or even to a pumpkin. It's giving me all the Fall feels #addtocart

Is it worth it? Totally, this is one of those dresses you will grab time and time again
Daisy Slides: Am I the only only dying over these? These are so stinking it. I feel like anything with daisy's on them are so in right now and this light blue color is so pretty.

Is it worth it? The price is unreal, but not necessarily a shoe you can wear in the Fall. However, this is such a trendy shoe for spring. I will see if I can try them on and let you know how they fit so TBD
Hydro Flask Water Bottle: I know everyone already has their go to water bottle, but I love Hydro Flask's and this one is so sleek so it just caught my eye. I love how big this one is because my current Hydro Flask is only 21 oz. This one also has a straw which is a must for me since I have started Pure Barre and they give you like 2 seconds to take a sip of water. Basically, I need this.

Is it worth it? If you NEED a new water bottle or are in a workout class where you only have a few seconds to drink, then yes. Otherwise if you already have a nice water bottle, no. However, these typically go for about $50 at other stores, so this is still a deal if you do want to #addtocart
Corduroy Jacket: I wear my 2 toned black denim & leopard jacket all the time so I figured this would be a must for Fall. It would be such a fun piece for layering.

Supergoop! Sunscreen Daily Moisturizer SPF 40 Sunscreen Set: This comes with a full size daily moisturizer SPF 40 (1.7 oz) and 2 travel size SPF 50 sunscreens (each 1 oz). I've never used this brand before but see so many good things about it. I love SPF moisturizer so I definitely want to try it.
Pricing: Sale $39, Set Value of $58
Is it worth it? I can't speak to this because I've never used this and you obviously have to try the product when talking skincare. However, I will say this brand has amazing reviews and the price of the daily moisturizer itself is $38 so you are definitely getting a deal.
NSALE Shoe Crush
Where are my shoe lovers at? They have several fall options in the sale and if you are looking for the perfect bootie, you're gonna want to snag it now! Trust me, I regretted not grabbing a pair last year.
I decided to no do the "Is it worth it" for shoes because that is solely a personal decision. I think you have to try on the shoe yourself for comfort and look purposes. I also think it's important for you to think about how much you will actually wear the shoe. Shoes can be expensive, along with many other things on this list, so please don't just buy something because someone else is buying it. Buy it because you actually want it and see yourself wearing the heck out of it. This goes for shoes and everything else in your shopping chart. love shoes and I can sit here all day telling you how much of a great deal it is, but ultimately you are the one who has to decide if you will wear it.
Over the Knee Boot: Great Fall boot! Over the knee and perfect for sweater dress look. Comes in several colors.

Free People Jeans: Love these jeans! I wore them almost every time I went out last season. Unfortunately, this exact color is not part of the sale, but they do have this same pair in Light Denim. I know there is a huge debate between if skinny jeans are in or not, but these are my go to and probably still will be this Fall. Along with the Madewell jeans I am hoping to snag.

Is it worth it? Definitely! I would say a pair of jeans less than $100 is worth it and these are less than $50!
Athletic Jacket: Not the best picture, but I love this jacket. It's super comfy but also the perfect amount of tight/compression. I wear it more for the look when I'm wearing a "sporty" outfit, but I think you could definitely work out in because it's a perfect material to make you sweat, but also still breath - like leotard material.

Is it worth it? It is a little pricey and I know you can definitely find a similar, more affordable one, on Amazon or at Marshall's/TJ Maxx, but I do love mine and wear it a lot.
